A Walking Meditation: It Only Takes A Few Minutes to Feel Better

What I love about meditation -- and I've practiced meditation for 40 years now -- is that you don't have to set aside an hour or two to meditate. If I can find a spare fifteen-minute block of time in my day, I'll meditate. I've meditated in al kinds of places, like on park benches, closets and bathrooms. I've meditated in boring meetings.
