5-Minute Meditation

A 5-Minute Meditation may be brief, but it can help you to relax and let go of stress. Meditation is therapy for your mind, body and soul. Nothing is more helpful or therapeutic, and a meditation practice can literally change your life.

Have you ever tried a 5-minute meditation? That's what I ask those who tell me they don't have the time to meditate. Even a few minutes can make a difference, if you're having a long, hard day.

Meditation is a great stress reliever, and it can reset your emotions, if you find you have a shorter fuse than usual. Meditating for even a few minutes can lengthen your fuse and give you a new perspective on things. That's why I recorded my 5-Minute Meditation--a simple and easy meditation anyone can use to step off the treadmill, debrief and unwind.
